The blank-page problem
The hardest part of any link-in-bio is the empty profile staring back at you. You know what you want to share - your shop, your podcast, your gigs, your CV - but actually copying every link, writing every blurb, uploading every cover image is a forty-minute job that most people never finish.
So we removed the forty minutes.
One URL in, a complete profile out
If you're on the Creator tier or above, you can paste any URL you already use as your hub - your existing website, your old Linktree, your About page, your record label's artist page - and our autofill engine will:
- Crawl the page server-side via our Firecrawl integration
- Extract your bio, profile photo, social links, music platforms, contact details and headline products
- Structure them into the bento grid layout that best fits the type of creator you are
- Pre-fill the business contact card with phone, email and address (Creator+ feature)
- Show you a preview before anything is saved - nothing is written to your profile until you hit confirm
The whole round trip takes about fifteen seconds. You get a complete, customisable profile that you can then tweak, reorder, theme and ship.
Privacy first
Autofill is processed entirely server-side in our edge functions. We do not store the source page, we do not retain the AI prompt, and nothing is written to your profile until you explicitly approve the preview. The business contact card is opt-in per field - your phone number is not made public unless you toggle it on.
Holi AI: your Welsh-speaking support assistant
Holi AI is a Pro-tier customer-service chatbot built specifically for Welsh businesses. It speaks Cymraeg natively, switches to English on request, and is constrained to talk only about your products, services and policies - it will never go off-topic, recommend a competitor, or hallucinate a refund policy you didn't write.
Pro users configure Holi from the dashboard with:
- A short knowledge base (FAQs, opening hours, returns policy, product list)
- A persona description (tone of voice, formality level)
- A list of escalation triggers - Holi automatically hands off to a human inbox when a customer asks for a refund over a threshold, or mentions a complaint
Holi appears as a floating chat button on your public profile, available 24/7. Every conversation is logged for review.
